Took a week to just diagnose my car. Took another 24 hours for them to contact my warranty company. The issue with my car was that the trunk wasn’t opening. They got the part for my car Took another 24 hours for them to contact my warranty company. The issue with my car was that the trunk wasn’t opening. They got the part for my car on Friday afternoon and didn’t even start working on my car until the following Tuesday. It took 2 weeks for them to fix my trunk. My husband also had to go in to the shop on Tuesday to open the trunk since the mechanics didn’t know his to open it without breaking it and charging us $400. I will never be back to this location. Had diagnostics done on engine oil leak, transmission leak, and engine not starting. Had a fuse / breaker replaced which was causing the starting issue. A $13 part.
