Deceptive practices Peoria Ford quoted us a price over the phone for a specific new 2018 F150 we had been discussing all morning. We drove 3 hrs with the intent to purcha Peoria Ford quoted us a price over the phone for a specific new 2018 F150 we had been discussing all morning. We drove 3 hrs with the intent to purchase. When we arrived, we were shown the vehicle and went through everything, but they came back with a price much higher than quoted. The finance manager said the price they gave was a base price without the extras. We believe they were purposely deceptive to get us in the door. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Buyer beware. More

New Car Purchase After my previous vehicle was totaled in a flood, I needed to quickly find a replacement vehicle which I could flat tow behind a RV. Steve Piro was able to do that for me before I even arrived in town and had one of two vehicles meeting my requirements waiting for me when I finally arrived at the dealership. When I told him which of the two vehicles I wanted, he did everything that needed to be done in a prompt and courteous manner, e.g. test drive, explaining financing options, getting the paperwork started, etc. so that within a few hours I was leaving the dealership in my new car. Steve went above and beyond as I was delayed by several hours in getting to the dealership and he waited for me to arrive. Kudos to Steve and all of the Peoria Ford people I dealt with that night.
