Peoria Ford are a bunch of liars . I brought my car in on a Friday never offered me a loaner car. Said I would have to pay 50 dollars for one . I see here people got loaners . I brou I brought my car in on a Friday never offered me a loaner car. Said I would have to pay 50 dollars for one . I see here people got loaners . I brought my car and because there was a warranty on the transmission control module . I had called Ford’s corporate office to find out if it was a recall or warranty he told me as a warranty. I told him the symptoms and they said it was the control modular. They had my car for three days and they told me it was the clutch that I needed a new clutch which was $3200. I told them I don’t have $3200 please just fix the control modular they said they couldn’t because that wasn’t a problem so I went and picked up my car took it to AutoZone and guess why they ran the codes and the only code that came up, was replace transmission control, module, or TCM, that’s why I’m calling them a liar so I missed 3 days of work . I am a Uber driver . Reported them to Ford corporate office. They are going to put a bad review and they were sending it to the supervisor management at Peoria Ford. Clearly because I’m a woman they think I’m stupid. This is totally uncalled for now because they didn’t fix the problem and lied about some other problem. I have to take my car to another Ford dealership to get the problem fixed so now I’m losing more days of work because they wanted to try to Screw me over by telling me it’s the clutch when the code from AutoZone says it’s that control modular. And I will tell everybody how crooked they are. Do not trust them they will tell you it’s something that’s more expensive and think you’re stupid enough to fall for their lies It’s really sad like I wouldn’t find out More
I brought my car in on August 11, 2023 because it had a problem with the transmission modular and I was told it was under warranty by the Ford corporate office so when I brought it in I told him that’s all problem with the transmission modular and I was told it was under warranty by the Ford corporate office so when I brought it in I told him that’s all I want fixed . They never gave me a loaner. When I asked him about it, they said it would cost $50 to get a Rent-A-Car but I see on here reviews that people were getting Rona cars for nothing. On Monday I got a text on my phone that I needed a new clutch. The price was $3200. I told him I didn’t have $3200 that I’m coming to pick up the car so I went directly to. AutoZone to get the codes off my car and the only thing that was wrong with it was that the part that was under warranty the modular for the transmission so they lied to me I miss three days of work. I’m over a driver now I have to take my car to another Ford dealership and they can’t even look at it for 9 days I wasting my time. At Peoria Ford for them to lie to me. They are scammers. They think that I’m because I’m a woman that I’m stupid. I reported them to the Ford corporate office and they wrote a really bad review and are sending out to service manager. Please do not go to this company and void them as much as possible if there’s other. Dealerships that are better, I’m going to tell everybody I know about Peoria Ford the bad experience I had and how much of a liar they are just so they could get $3200 off of me instead of fixing the real problem of the transmission modular. I hope it was worth it to you to lie to me. Don’t even have a conscience. It’s pretty sad. More
My Ford Mach E had no AC. I called around to 4 nearby dealerships and none of them were able to get my car in for service for over a week. However, when I called Peoria Ford, I called around to 4 nearby dealerships and none of them were able to get my car in for service for over a week. However, when I called Peoria Ford, Carlos answered the phone and got me right in. They gave me a brand new Bronco as a loaner and had my car fixed under warranty in 3 days! What an awesome experience!!! More
We have had a fleet truck in there since April because of an issue by Ford manufacture. It took them all this time to get a part. Then since my car has been sitting in the Arizona heat for months it has a ba an issue by Ford manufacture. It took them all this time to get a part. Then since my car has been sitting in the Arizona heat for months it has a bad battery and they are charging me 600 dollars for it plus they said I need work on my brakes! Our 2019 Ford 150 has a bad Cam Phase that after googling on the web this Cam us a faulty item and Ford is stick it to consumers by making them pay to fix fords problem. We are ready to file a complaint with the FTC for unfair business practice and contact a lemon law lawyer More

I sold cars for 20 years and if I treated customers like he did my dealership would have run me off the first day. Then they pawn me off on I guess the general manager who knows he didn't introduce himself, his name was Rob and he said if they got to the number I wanted which they did. But after being berated by the sales manager about my credit score and how come it was so low and that he didn't think he could get to the number I wanted at the last minute he said he could get there. But he never wrote it down and he never put it in writing, which tells me it would have came back you know $10 or $15 higher than what I was willing to pay per month and he would whine and cry if I was only $15. Salesman Nick was great. The sales manager who didn't introduce himself was a complete rear end. And if he worked at the dealership I work for they would have fired him on day two for that attitude. And Rob give me some song and dance about how they put so much time in, most time they put into it was about 30 minutes and the rest of the time they were looking for my key so I could go home. It's been 45 minutes waiting him to find a key they were blaming on somebody else had. But it was seriously showed up on this Rob's desk. Like I said sold cars for over 20 years, both Fords and Chevrolets both new and used and the dealerships I work for would have ran this cat out of town. More
If you somehow believe that they are truly sorry for your disappointing experience -then you will also get scammed by Peoria Ford. They will not return your phone calls and they will have no remorse to make disappointing experience -then you will also get scammed by Peoria Ford. They will not return your phone calls and they will have no remorse to make it right. Michael England ,who performed the scam that was set up in a bait and switch by the salesman, would not talk to us again. Ford headquarters apparently doesn't care as long as they sell cars. The Arizona Attorney General has also failed to require them to correct their illegal practices and scamming of customers. I find it hard to believe the number of employees that continue to work there knowing that they are a part of these illegal practices which will continue as long as no one stops them. Don't let it happen to you. More
Would never recommend this dealership. I am submitting this complaint because I feel have no other choice. I have reached out and left three messages at Peoria Ford after two months late I am submitting this complaint because I feel have no other choice. I have reached out and left three messages at Peoria Ford after two months later I a call back from Beverly Woodhull to resolve an issue and was advised someone would call me back no call was received. Called back again two weeks later she placed a manager on the line to advise of the situation. The manager said I would receive a call back month later no callback. I am asking for the following to rectify the situation and honor the original sales agreement made $41,343.63 that I have signed document showing the agreement. That does not include not charging me $1200.00 more for a repair that was needed from the prior owner when I was taking delivery of the vehicle. Does this make sense? I have bought may other vehicles from other dealerships with never having pay for a prior owners repairs that are needed on the vehicle. I am in the process of contacting the Attorney General’s office, BBB and FTC for fraud and misrepresentation. More

I dealt with Jacob in the service dept who would go all day before giving any update on my vehicle even though he had the answers I was needing. Even went so far as to tell another person at Dodge that they needed to call me instead of him with an update even though he was overseeing my vehicle issues. Left multiple messages with the General Service Manager who is never at the dealership, or any Manager for that matter. Ivan and Julio in the pre-owned department cannot return any phone calls. Peoria Ford put this vehicle I purchased not even 4 months ago on the lot without fully inspecting it-there have been multiple other issues. And they refused to cover any of the cost. Even insinuated that I caused damage to the vehicle with wiring that was done. They dismissed any and all concerns that I was trying to address. Do not give this Dealership the time of day because they clearly do not value their customers time. More
The worlds worst customer service from Sales Manager, Mike. I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle from Peoria Ford, because we could not agree on the numbers/prices, but regardless of that, Mike was i Mike. Peoria Ford has misleading ads. Had an event where if you're upside down on trade in they will pay it off and you can put 0 down. Go in and they said my credit was fine but then ask Had an event where if you're upside down on trade in they will pay it off and you can put 0 down. Go in and they said my credit was fine but then asked for 8000 down. Really? That's house down payment...not a Ford car down payment. And this was on a 34,000 dollar vehicle. Then salesman Angora kept putting down my car like it was a piece of trash. This is the second bad experience at this dealership...never again. If you want to be ripped off...definitely go to Peoria Ford. If you don't feel like dealing with a joke of a dealership like Peoria Ford...steer clear of this place!! More
