I used them before when Adam was a Service Writer and was very Happy. Adam is gone so I dealt with McKenzie. I told her I received an email from Ford that I earned enough for a Complete Service and that ther very Happy. Adam is gone so I dealt with McKenzie. I told her I received an email from Ford that I earned enough for a Complete Service and that there was a Recall on my truck. I dropped it off at 7:00am and at 1:19pm called and was told it was ready. When I picked up my truck I was charged $343.74 for the service and the recall was not addressed. The next day I called at 2:13pm and LM for the service manager Mike to call me back. I was told 15-20 minutes. at 3:38pm I called again and LM for Mike that I appreciated the call back and I would put this in my review. I did get a call back. At 3:51pm and we discussed what had occured. My main concern was that the service writer did NOT listen to me. Mike was willing to do what it would take to keep me as a customer and apologized. I told him he lost me as a customer, but I called to bring this to his attention. Moving forward I will find another dealer. More
If you value your sanity, hard earned money and dignity; do not enter this dealership. The lies, deceipt and demoralizing of your character will make this the worst buying experience of your life. I wouldn' do not enter this dealership. The lies, deceipt and demoralizing of your character will make this the worst buying experience of your life. I wouldn't wish what I've been through on my worst enemy. Look at your contracts very closely. Every new car sold on their lot has an upcharge of $6600 for the Peoria Ford Performance Package. You must pay for this or they will not sell you the vehicle. I was charged for this package even though it was not listed on my purchase contract nor was it devulged during the purchase and finance portions of our visit. One of the features of the Performance Package is the application of Zaktek to the vehicle paint as a protection. It clearly states on my purchase contract that "Zaktek Ultimate Premium Protective Coating" is (Optional). It also states that Zaktek is "N/A" in the charge column meaning Not Applicable. The contract clearly shows that there was no charge for the service as it wasn't performed to the vehicle when I purchased it. Yet; a charge was still snuck into the purchase price of my truck. There's literally nothing stating that the "Peoria Ford Performance Package" was purchased. Yet; I'm forced to pay for the package. Be prepared for lack of communication and unreturned phone calls. True professionalism is lacking at Peoria Ford in both the sales and service department. Be prepared to be talked down to and belittled when asking questions. If you have a grievance and are instructed to call Beverly Woodhull; please realise that she is well trained to calm you down, convince you that everything is just peachy and assist the dealership in putting the screws to you. After Beverly makes a good will gesture to make you feel a bit better; don't expect her to return your phone calls or texts. While I do appreciate Beverly doing what I was promised in the first place; she did not complete the job. Avoid salesman Aaron Moreno at all cost. He will promise you the world to make the sale and then lie straight to your face that he never agreed to anything. He talks over you and even laughs at you. The real grabber is when he says "Nothing is free" as he grins. I have purchased 3 vehicles at Peoria Ford. The last two purchases were a complete disaster. I'll give you an example... I was sold a new 2020 F150 in 2020. The day after I drove the truck home from the dealership; I was able to look the truck over good in the daylight. The whole front end including windshield and hood were rock chipped badly. The windshield looked like it had been sand blasted. (Typical in Phoenix but not on a "New" vehicle). I then discovered that the truck had 2500 miles on it! I drove down to the dealership and spoke with Nick Matherly; a sales manager. I showed him the damage and he offered my free rubber floormats. (I had to beg over and over to get those!). The truck was shown to Alex in service and she agreed that the truck was damaged and recommended a new winshield and a repaint of the entire front area including the hood. Nick argued and I fought back. Nick said to me with a laugh..."Why do you think the price was so good?" He then states that it was a demo vehicle that legally can still be sold as new. I bopught the truck in January and it was finally finished in March! The truck was sent out for paint. It came back and I drove down to pick it up. Only part of the front grill area had been painted after Nick agreed to painting the full front end and hood. This went back and forth for weeks on end until Nick finally agreed to do what he had promised. I then drive down to pick the truck up and it had rear bumper damage. It had been hit! Nobody bothered to check the vehicle before calling me to come retrieve it. Back it goes to the body shop. So in the end; I had the complete front end, hood and bumper repainted. The paint did not match but I was done. The dealership plain wore me out. Nobody should go through such stress. Buyer Beware. Please consider Sanderson Ford or any Earnhardt dealer. My wife had high hopes of returning to Peoria Ford to order or possibly purchase a Badlands Bronco. We will be seeking out another dealer. More
Wish I could rate them at -5 but 1 star is lowest. I am devastated after completing my first ever car purchase at Peoria Ford. I ordered a Bronco and after 18 months of waiting, I got screwed over by the financing manager Tyler Kellett and Sales Manger Jonathon Stewart. Ford Motor Company told me they would honor the 2021 sales price on my order because of their manufacturing issues. Peoria Ford refused to honor that promise and instead charged $7,117.00 over MSRP. I was also scammed into over $10k in add ons and service contracts that were never explained to be additional products or costs. I have so far logged complaints with the Attorney General and Ford Corporate. Not sure writing this will make any difference either based on the countless bad reviews for this dealership. Is there any hope for people in this country to not have to endure this over and over again? More
-100 stars for this Dealership and their salesmen Shea Hammond and his team. Our vehicle was totaled after a car accident that was found to be not our fault. We originally had 2014 Toyota Tacoma Sr5, with Hammond and his team. Our vehicle was totaled after a car accident that was found to be not our fault. We originally had 2014 Toyota Tacoma Sr5, with 135,000 miles which we worked hard for and kept up with maintenance and even more. It was valued at over $23,000 and we only got 5,000 after covering the rest of what we owed. We bought that truck for about 30,000 and our insurance adjuster said it was in perfect condition. So after losing that truck we were looking for something to make up for it. After losing our truck we went to go look at the used 2017 Dodge Charger that was advertised for sale for about 19,000. We never got to actually look at it because the salesmen kept side tracking for looking at it something else. He kept us walking with my family around the lot in the heat of over 98 degrees, it was my husband, my one year old daughter, and 6 year old son and kept trying to pitch other vehicles. We kept telling him of what we were looking for. He then pushed a newer 2021 Tacoma that was out of our price range but stated he could make us a deal and drop it by 20,000. We trusted him to make that deal if it was able to happen. Didn't happen. We were short on time and wasted our time on that end. Worst part is he drove around in a dealership vehicle and had me and my kids in the backseat and had no regardless of safety, no carseats to go "look" at the Dodge Charger that was about 2 blocks away. We got out at a random lot and before we could even look at this Charger he said he just got off the phone with his guy and said they could get us a deal for the Tacoma if we wanted it. Us being so desperate for a vehicle and now being told to think we were going to get that vehicle we trusted him and said sure let's go look at it. We test drove it and got back to the dealership and he said said we can make a good deal for you. He kept asking what our bottom line was for payments and we said 500 max a month. It obviously didn't work out. We then shared our story about our hardship in life and now with losing our truck. After giving out information he pressured us into a 2017 Ford Escape since now his guy couldn't approve the Tacoma unless if we wanted to pay over 900 a month. With being short on time and our emotions running high to just get a vehicle we trusted him to give us a good car. After being pressured and rushed he said we can give you a 2017 Ford Escape. No test drive offer or nothing, just pushed a sale saying it is a good car and a good family vehicle. After driving off the lot with our Escape thinking we had just something compared to nothing and make it our own for awhile we find out this vehicle is in a class action lawsuit for the engine being faulty, prone to catching on fire with the shifter/engine and a recall for the transmission that has no fix to it but they claim it is "fixed". They took advantage of a family in a tough time and pushed a sale. Shea never offered a test drive and we now owe more then that we finacned our Toyota Tacoma for and we all know Toyota is better than Ford. Their financial guy didn't go actual numbers with us because we trusted them because they knew they can take advantage of a good family in a rough time. We now owe more on a garbage vehicle then an actual good quality vehicle based on fasle information and being pushed to buy a vehicle in a desperate situation. We want you to make this right and give us our 5,000 dollars down payment back and undo the sale for unfair sale practices and selling us a vehicle without disclosing the major issues with this vehicle and taking advantage of a family who was in need of a vehicle. It's funny that you're selling your Escapes for more then your Charger that is on the lot and for more than a Toyota Tacoma. This dealership is a scam and overpriced. Make it right or you'll be losing business and risking a call to the Attorney General. Shea is an unreaible/scam salesman and your whole team is untrustworthy and takes advantage of good families. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else More
I will never go to this dealership and will tell everyone to not go here. They do short delivery scams. Do not believe the salespeople or financial people. Had everything set to buy a Ford f-150. They had my credit card number and all to hold the truck. Got a call 2 hours later that they sold it out from under me. Lot of work for nothing. I have never written a review in my life, this will be my first. A month or so ago Peoria Ford offered me 76k on trade for my truck. I did not end up buying at that time. On 5-12-2022 I called on an f450 tru first. A month or so ago Peoria Ford offered me 76k on trade for my truck. I did not end up buying at that time. On 5-12-2022 I called on an f450 truck, I was told the price was 111k and they repeated 76k trade for mine… come on down they said, so I did, I could make those numbers work. When I got there and waited an hour, the truck price was 116k (20k markup) and 68k trade (min trade on mine is $72k) MSRP on the new truck is $96,910. There is a banner hanging on their wall that states “Lowest prices and more for your trade” That is not true. I would have bought their truck that day. They could sell my truck for 80k all day long and make 12k profit + 20k over MSRP, real nice payday. Funny fact, the person who ordered it would have paid MSRP, I walked in 2 hours after he declined the truck. They did share the fact that another customer paid 150k and didn’t squawk. Not a good place to go. Thanks. C More
Very unhappy with service received in trying to purchase a new vehicle. I have purchased 2 cars from them before and had no issues. I made an appointment to come into the dealership last week to view and te a new vehicle. I have purchased 2 cars from them before and had no issues. I made an appointment to come into the dealership last week to view and test drive a car...when I get there the car is at the body shop. Time wasted. Finally went in and saw car today and magically the price went up $4995. I told them I wasn’t paying another 5k for made up fees...it is on the sticker they say. Really I printed a copy of it from their website and nowhere does it state there is another $5000 in costs. I guess because I’m a woman they think I am stupid and won’t complain. Wrong!!! This is false advertising and I will be filing a complaint with the AZ Attorney General. Disappointed that I wasted so much time on this. Left without a new car but happy I didn’t get taken to the cleaners! More
Purchased a brand new F-150 from Peoria Ford. All is well until it needed service. The service department is terrible. Don't keep appointments. No communication. Inefficient.
