I wish I'd found this site and read the reviews before going there. Like most on here, I think we were treated poorly, lied to, and ripped off. Found out they make more money from used cars than new, so t going there. Like most on here, I think we were treated poorly, lied to, and ripped off. Found out they make more money from used cars than new, so they push the used. After the fact found out I could have gotten a new car instead of a 5 year old used car for only a little more. But they didn't tell me that. Found a car I liked on line but 'they couldn't sell me that one - look at this one'. Isn't that false advertising? I've heard other similar complaints. Maybe it's time for the attorney general to get involved. Tonight (at 11 PM) I got a call asking for either me or my son (by name). It was a scammer asking about my property. The ONLY place they could have got my phone number along with my name and my son's was from Peoria Ford because we bought a car there with both our names on the title. Are they selling information to scammers? Don't even get me started on the other problems. (I don't know who Rob Hubler is, but this site won't accept my review without his name.) More

Absolutely worst place for First or any car, got quoted 10K over Msrp for a 2021 0 mile car. Its a shame since the dealership has many options, too bad the salesman there only care about getting you out fa 10K over Msrp for a 2021 0 mile car. Joey was super eager to help us out but didn’t care to help us with much else. Staff needs proper training and the sales managers are just as bad. Didn’t see one all day while I was there shopping and when I heard from one it was just to quote a $10K in tax titles and dealership fees apparently. All in all don’t go to Peoria Ford, there’s many of better dealerships on the same street don’t waste your time trying to get scammed. More

Last week i made an online reservation for a 25K service on a used 2018 Ford Edge that I had purchased late last year from another non-Ford dealer. I arrived at the dealership about 10 minutes early for my appointment but was quickly greeted and turned over to my Service Adviser, Johney Haines. After a quick review of my appointment expectations Johney got my car into the service bays and the work was started. He came out to the lobby several times to give me some updates and recommendations. Also, while waiting in the lobby I was able to observe several other service advisors come in and discuss matters with other customers. I felt good that all these observations and customer interactions were all positive and well-received by the other customers. My car was ready within the time frame Johney originally gave me and the work was done to my satisfaction and expectations. It was a pleasure to deal with Johney and the dealership, and I certainly will continue to use them for my car's servicing. More
