Peoria Ford was running a promotional giveaway. I received a mailer and called the number listed. I was told i won one of 4 prizes. I had a call from salesperson Raymond who set me an appointment at received a mailer and called the number listed. I was told i won one of 4 prizes. I had a call from salesperson Raymond who set me an appointment at 5 pm today ( Sunday May 2nd ). He stated he would have a $10 Target gift card put aside for me, which was my prize. I arrived at 4:45 pm and waited for 15 minutes. While they tried to find the salesman. Once he came to meet with me, he stated he was going to go get my gift card. A few minutes later he came out and stated he was sorry but they ran out of gift cards. All of this wasted time and he didn't keep his word. He stated he let them know the card was for a appointment he had at 5pm and they gave it away anyway. This is a dealership who showed they have no integrity. I stated i would i would never do business with them again and would post this review. Raymond asked" over a $10 gift card? He had no clue. It's not about the gift card, it's about integrity, honesty and always keeping your word, no matter what. I won't do business with them. I won't recommend them to anyone who's looking for a Ford dealer....ever. They are not trustorthy so take it for what it's worth. Go to any other dealer but run as fast and as far as you can from the liars at Peoria Ford. More

Been buying cars for years and this dealer has been by far the worst experience, from sales to finance to service. They do not care about you, no matter what you heard on the radio. Also, do not be fooled by their 0% interest offers, they will rob that interest money upfront off you as they pretend to give you an awesome deal. Their sleazy salesman and finance person lied about warranty coverages. In the service department you will bounce around from service rep to the other and they will all tell you different things. They lost my Ford recalled back up camera for months while it sat there for me gathering dust. They will not remind you about your required warranty due dates and thus your mpp coverage will be voided and any claim will be denied. Be assured that they WILL remind you when you need a new filter or anything else they can make money on. Horrible experience. Listen to the other 1 star reviews and go elsewhere. More

Sorry, won't be going back there and won't recommend them. Used car dept was more like the traditional used car rip off centers than a professional car dealer. Finally the battery died 2 days after buying the car and they refused to replace it with a $100 battery to keep a customer (and his reviews) happy. I knew I should have stuck with Sanderson, they'll bend over backwards to keep their customers happy. More

I have a 2017 Ford Edge I purchased out of state to use at my home in AZ. Fortunately Peoria Ford is close to my home. Service there has been nothing short of excellent. Started with a bad windshield & i at my home in AZ. Fortunately Peoria Ford is close to my home. Service there has been nothing short of excellent. Started with a bad windshield & installation by the selling dealer (leading to a lot of wind noise on the trip west) that Peoria correctly diagnosed and fixed by installing a new windshield. Car is very quiet at high speeds now. Adam Croner in service is excellent to work with - gets repairs done quickly and correctly and takes time to explain what needs to be done or what has been done. Overall, a very pleasant service experience with Peoria Ford. More

Have us an amazing deal on a brand new Ford Ranger. Our salesman Garrett was more than helpful and the atmosphere was comfortable. The one complaint I have is the finance manager (I believe his name is Mik salesman Garrett was more than helpful and the atmosphere was comfortable. The one complaint I have is the finance manager (I believe his name is Mike) called my husband at night and asked us to come back in to sign final papers and that we were approved. We went the next morning and come to find out we were approved at all. The finance director and new car director, Michelle and John were amazing! They approved us for our original deal and made it painless and easy. We will definitely be back! More
