The sales and service here are not good and should be avoided if possible. Bought a car and the added a service contract after I said no to both the sales and finance guy. If you buy a car and they add this MPP contract call the MPP company 800-866-6090. They sent me a cancellation form, I filled it out, sent it in within 30 days of purchasing and should get a full refund. It was almost $900 and a repeat of the new car warranty. Took my car to get the oil changed and they told me I needed over $600 in service work. They obviously did not look at the Ford/Lincoln service recommendations. They say we have special desert conditions. But for example they told me I needed a new air filter and never disturbed the dust on the air cleaner cover. They told me my antifreeze was burn and needed changing and it looked and smelled new. Watch what they do for you and take their advice with much suspicion. More

Dishonest, deceptive business practice and discriminatory towards women. I was fine with numbers not working to my needs, moved on and was called back to the dealership due to revised terms. I have purchased two new cars from this dealership..usually not the best sales experience but the service after the sale is pathetic. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion brand new from this deal dealership..usually not the best sales experience but the service after the sale is pathetic. I purchased a 2018 Ford Fusion brand new from this dealership with window tint now badly bubbled on two windows and the dealership refuses to repair because " they did not add the tint". Again car purchased brand new off their lot and already tinted with nice wheels which was a selling point on the car. Window sticker lists tinted windows. Service manager was not helpful and extremely rude. I requested to escalate and no one returned my call. Impossible to leave a message for General Manager Pat Hickey or Consumer Relations person with a full voicemail..This dealership has many complaints on the BBB website with comments that they pride themselves on excellent customer service..This is simply not true. I have purchased four vehicles from the Peoria Ford dealership. There are two mains issues that I am currently dealing with. 1. I’ve purchased my vehicle this past August. According to my contract, I have a seven months deferment on my payment. Ford sent me a check to cover only six months of payments. I have text one of the employees Tyler Huber, and he told me that he has to talk to his supervisor. It’s been over three months now, and I have not received any information. Now it is to the point, that Tyler, doesn’t even return my text messages. Totally unprofessional! 2. My wife got in a car accident in early October, we need a copy of her GAP insurance paperwork to move our claim forward. We have reached out to Peoria Ford for over a month now. Now we are being told that we were talking to the wrong employee (a different Tyler), and know if would take an additional 2-3 weeks to receive the paperwork. My wife was on the phone yesterday and the employee was really rude. Once again totally unprofessional! My advice to anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle through Peoria Ford, please think twice before you do. They are the nicest people when you are in the buying process, but once the deal is done, good luck with trying to get anything else done. I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere. More
Curiousity got me into Peoria Ford. Wanted to check out their 2019 F-150 King Ranch. Chris was amazing, helpfull and went above and beyond to accomodate me by allowing me to do what I wanted to do.
