Went in on 15Feb20 after being contacted on 09Feb20 when they offered me a 2018 F-150 Lariat still under factory wArranty for $34,981 and wound up buying it-they asked me to remove my negative yelp review f they offered me a 2018 F-150 Lariat still under factory wArranty for $34,981 and wound up buying it-they asked me to remove my negative yelp review from my previous encounters there if I was happy with my purchase. I immediately noticed an issue with the center console falling apart and brought it to Service while still in the purchase process-they refused to fix it that day and said I would have to come back Monday. Upon further inspection within a few hours I noticed the following: A/C and heat controls don’t work on console or computer, adjustable pedal position buttons don’t work, heated seats don’t work, I cannot set a door code because I don’t have the factory code and I cannot set the garage door button for the same reason. The computer system was essentially locked out because I didn’t have the administrator code which was supposed to be provided. I was promised calls back from both sales and service when I called multiple times and no one returned my call. It was as if they stopped caring now that they had me locked in a contact. I was finally able to get through to sales once and I was promised that everything was covered by the warranty and would be fixed I came in Monday as soon as they opened and brought it to service for repair. They initially told me that everything that could be fixed that day would be fixed by ‪2pm‬ as I had to leave for CA due to being active military and they said any other parts would have to be ordered. After 4 hours I checked on it and I was told that they only fixed the console (even though I found out later that they didn’t even fix it, then just set it back where it would normally be, it fell right back off). I later found out that they didn’t do anything to the broken console except put it back in place still broken. They then became rude and began threatening to not fix it at all and not honor the warranty when I brought it up to the supervisor that I they said it would be diagnosed by then and it wasn’t even looked at. I got yelled at again and explained that I essentially bought a lemon with no operable AC or heater. They finally look at it and immediately declined to fix anything saying that the majority of the interior of the truck was “aftermarket “ which was never advertised, not on any documents or carfax and features that were allegedly removed during modification were advertised by the dealership as included in the sale which I have proof of. The dealership then agreed to take the truck back and return my trade. They provided a temp tag for the returned trade even though I found out later it was for a different vehicle. They also kept the title for the truck even though I requested it several times. They finally returned it a week and a half later. They promised me a new 2019 truck with the same specs and no modifications which was coming in early March. I have been calling almost daily for 4 weeks straight trying to get answer on the registration and incoming vehicle and have not been able to get through to anyone. They refused to return property I left in the vehicle and now every time I call all managers and salesman are “in a meeting “ and “will call me back “ yet I have yet to get a call. I also contacted them on social media and they told me they would call me back but they didn’t. They also started to ignore calls from my phone number and just let it ring or hang up when I point out that I hear a salesman in the background while they are telling me every single salesman is in a meeting. The current registration was cancelled on the day of purchase. I have a temp registration that is about to expire and can’t get any information on where my truck is or when I will get it. Finally got ahold of someone 2 months later and they tried to act like this never happened-I have messages, emails and voicemails proving it happened. The owner called and acknowledged it happened, then his assistant wrote a letter hours later again falsely claiming it didn’t. They can’t even get their own story straight. If the deal fell through on their end for the truck that they ordered-fine, any reputable company would then replace it with a product of equal or higher value. That’s simple business and customer service. Now the owner of this business is threatening to contact my employer and slander my reputation. I was just made aware that they also falsified carfax data pertaining to my vehicle. I am still trying to obtain my carfax report, however I have been informed by the dealership I am attempting to purchase a vehicle from now that Two data points were falsely reported to carfax. First, they reported that my vehicle was serviced by them on 21Feb20, when in fact my vehicle was in a different state at the time. They had not been in possession of my vehicle since 18Feb20. Moreover they overestimate my odometer (since they didn’t have the actual vehicle to view the odometer on) and put inaccurate information into carfax. More

It was a warranty on my batter that is 1 1/2 yrs old lost 2 cells. Linda was point if contact, she CONVINCED ME TO BUY THIS BRAND NEW 19 A YEAR AND A HALF AGO AND I make her take care of every little thing with my beautiful 2019 FORD MUSTANG GT. SHE ALWAYS ANSWERS ANY QUESTIONS I HAVE AND EVEN GOES OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP WITH OTHER THINGS THAT AREN'T IN HER DEPARTMENT. SHE "ALMOST" NEVER COMPLAINS LOL. J/K SHE IS ALWAYS THERE TO HELP WHENEVER SHE CAN. TYLER BROWN IN SERVICE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS AND HANDLED IT VERY WELL. THANK YOU TO THE AWESOME PEOPLE OVER AT PEORIA FORD IN PEORIA ARIZONA. YOU NEED A NEW OR SONETIMES THEY EVEN HAVE QUITE THE SELECTION OF USED ON THEIR NEW VEHICLE LOT. SO NEED A CAR, ANY FORD PARTS, OR ANY MECHANICAL WORK AND WANT TO GET TAKEN CARE OF THE RIGHT WAY THE FIRST TIME, GO SEE THEM. More

Linda was the lady who helped me get my daughters vehicle. I qualified and did paperwork that day. Reasonable down payment and she got my payment where i liked it. She did a great job.
