The only problem i have is the poor communication between client and service advisor. My service advisor is Carlos. He need to keep me inform whats going on so I can at least to make plans. Maybe need more training for better communication. I'm not a happy customer. More

Carlos told me nothing was Took vehicle in for safety recall & asked to have them check charging unit that had been flashing red while it was there. Carlos told me nothing was wrong with it and when I asked why it was flashing red, he asked me ‘did your car not come with an owners manual’? And ‘I’m not a mechanic’ Then the ‘manager’ Keith comes over and claims he heard conversation and Carlos did not say that. When I told him the keys were in it, just fix it he charged at me and said ‘no one talks to me that way!’ and to get my car off ‘his lot’. This is all after hearing the service advisors make fun of an older gentleman who was having tech issues with his Raptor and a heavyset person who they doubted could fit in her vehicle. If you like unprofessional fraternity atmosphere this is your choice for service shop. More
Flat out Liars and thieves Went in on 9/11 lookin at a used 2016 Nissan Versa. Price on THEIR website was listed at 9,155$ (I knew it didn’t include fees) we go in and check the car out with berry (he’s the salesman that helped in the absolute best way he could and none of this is his fault). I loved the car it had a few dents and scratches on it, the radio display wasn’t working, and the key couldn’t be taking out of the ignition without a wrestling match. Long story short after the test drive berry gives me the first offer for the car. Which to my surprise is not listed at 9,155$ as it is in their website, But it’s actually retailed at 10,480$ and that’s RETAIL, and after taxes the doc fees were added on we had an ending price of 14,380$. To make all matters even worse, they offered to give only 100$ for my trade in. None the less we walked from that deal cuz why on earth would I even consider negotiating that disaster... my god. And to end our final time at ford at we pulled up again the second time because we forgot our papers we brought in and a dealership employee driving a customers car into the service area decides to back up only using his rear view mirrors and rear ends my fathers car, he then gets out and proceeds to blame it on us for speeding through the parking lot. Which isn’t even possible considering all the cars that are in a dealership parking lot. None the less they’re saying it’s our fault, and then they filed a claim on my fathers insurance flat out lying about what had happened. To wrap all this up, go to any other dealer first and leave ford More

We came in knowing a lot about the F250, but very little on the diesel engine as this was our first one. Kelso was very patient with us and explained all of our questions in great detail. He even provided us with answers to questions we did not think to ask. We had our boys with us (5 and 6), and he was great with them. When we were talking with finance, he kept them entertained and talked to them about the other vehicles at the dealership which they loved. Tyler, our Finance Manager, was fantastic as well. Did not push anything on us that we didn't want and explained everything very clearly so we understand what we were buying. More

Words can not describe awesome I have purchased many vehicles over the years in different states. Today, I just purchased my 3rd new vehicle with Peoria Ford. Hands down by far the I have purchased many vehicles over the years in different states. Today, I just purchased my 3rd new vehicle with Peoria Ford. Hands down by far the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Major thanks to Jim Eagle, he absolutely went above and beyond. Nick Van Horn did an amazing job as well!! He worked with me and went above and beyond!!! I have dealt with Nick and Jim multiple times and I have to say, they amaze me every time. I live approximately 59 miles away from the dealership. My wife hates going to the dealership and waiting...thats just the nature of the beast. What Peoria Ford has done for me speaks volume!!! Not once, but twice, they went out of their way, delivered my new truck to my home, and brought the paperwork for my wife to sign!! This is the ultimate in customer service. Words can not describe how excellent these people have been to me and this dealership. I will not even look at another dealership as long as these two are still at Peoria Ford. As for my new F350, I am beyond pleased with the amazing deal I got from everyone. Thank you Jim Eagle and Nick Van Horn!!! More

Horrible service dept run by a real jerk They never touched my truck for the first 5 days and we never heard back from anyone until I left a stern voice message for the horrible service direc They never touched my truck for the first 5 days and we never heard back from anyone until I left a stern voice message for the horrible service director Keith Covey on the 5th day. They had the truck for warranty repair for 13 days, didn't fix the problem, when we called back telling them the truck was not fixed, jerk Keith Covey told us not to bring the truck back to his service department. We wouldn't anyways because they were so terrible, seems to be dishonesty going on there, advisor says one thing, director Keith Covey says the opposite.... Bought 3 new trucks from them in the past 18 months, you'd think the GM Pat Hickey would have returned my call after hearing of the terrible Non-service coming out of his service department, and his jerk of a service directors mouth.. Worst service experience I've ever had. More

When dropped off (20 min early) was told they would not even look at it till 5 PM, because they were very busy. 5:30 PM was told they did not have the part and it would have to be ordered. Now, if they would have looked at the vehicle at the scheduled time, they would have been able to order the part and possibly have the vehicle ready on time. EVERYONE is busy these days. Don't schedule an appointment if you can't work on the vehicle. More
Sale is more important than the customer I was not sure if I should put this as new sales or old sales. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion in 12/2017 with 4k on it as new but carfax shows I am the second owner. You know, after hours of discussions I take partial responsibility for the bad deal but as I sit extremely flipped on the loan I feel they did what they had to for the sale with little regard for my long term outcome. Should have stayed in my lease and still miffed some thoughtful FORD employee did not perhaps recommend that. Since FORD dealer is independently owned they also own the results. Have had wonderful experience with the Service dept so want to make sure this comment is taken in context of the sale only. More
