Worst experience ever I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus everything went well for about a week , then I get a call from my finance manager saying congratulations everything’s ap I purchased a 2018 Ford Focus everything went well for about a week , then I get a call from my finance manager saying congratulations everything’s approved the deal will stay the same. Suddenly I get a call saying I need to come down or ill lose the money I put down already and I need to come up with 2200 I told him I currently at the hospital due to family emergency he still pressured me just kept stating “well when can you come down “ after telling him multiple times my situation he still states come today or you lose your down payment . when I try to talk to an alternate manager I somehow keep getting transferred. Jeff has nasty attitude, hes rude , no type of consideration . THE WORST DEALARSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO EVER!!! More
