Steve Piro, my salesman was especially helpful and patient as I am particular when it comes to investing in a vehicle. I was especially happy with what they gave me on my trade in to help me obtain the vehicle I really wanted and did not have to settle for less. Unfortunately I do not recall the finace managers name, but he really made all that signing go smoothly and I felt confident in his suggestions. On delivery the gals were very helpful and explained the features of my new vehicle very clearly as well. I would return tp Peoria Ford in the future, No doubt. More

Awesome team!! I only went in to have an oil change/service.. Jonathon Saldivar started talking with me and my fiance .. Jonathon decided to turn up the heat and out came the (big gunner) Nicholas Van Horn... and together they brought mighty Jim... and formed a deal with fiance.. I was driving a 2015 F150 XLT.... NOW I'm happily driving a brand new 2018 F150 XLT ... AND with a monthly payment reduction of 140 dollars ... Oh yea . This was Jonathan's first car sales ever ... we were very happy for us and for him ..This day was a win win situation all the way around... Thank you ALL...there at Peoria Ford who had a part in making this experience way better and who helped... After several soliciting calls, #1 scam dealership After many, and I mean many calls form Peoria Ford (PF), and like visits; concluding to a mutually agreed sales contact, and finally delivering my F15 After many, and I mean many calls form Peoria Ford (PF), and like visits; concluding to a mutually agreed sales contact, and finally delivering my F150 PU, PF called me to come back in a week later and sign bank paperwork. (Ummmm??, already did that) Once back at PF, they wanted more money for the deal. WOW! In short, of course there’s more to this then what I can articulate here, but my advise to anyone wanting to make any deal with these shysters, BEWARE! Go to any other Vally Ford Dealer, and stay away... The General Manger, Patrick Hickley and Finance Director, Jeff Melton are exactly what is referred to as “car salesman”. I’m sure they couldn’t hold down a much more honorable career as wouldn’t qualify because of unethical sales practices. IF YOU GO, GOOD LUCK! They don’t deserve even one star in any category. More
