False promises I initially bought my vehicle from surprise (owned by Peoria) and was told they wanna buy it back a year later. I took it back but didn't have the mon I initially bought my vehicle from surprise (owned by Peoria) and was told they wanna buy it back a year later. I took it back but didn't have the money for down payment for difference on vehicle price due to my vehicle being in a wreck. they embarrassed me by having three different individuals that a $7000 loan was a $200 month payment.(false) they sold me my car for $12000 at a $200 payment. I finally come to Peoria where I told them of this situation including Pat Hickey. I was told they will do what they can to correct this incident I had. I show up today and same thing again minus the extra people. I was not worked with in any regards to correct the prior issues from surprise ford. I will not return to this place nor recommend this or surprise ford due to the continued humiliation and lack of help to correct the issue especially from the owner of both businesses. More
