I was close to finalizing a deal with the finance manager and discount Doug come in, interruptted the deal and insulted my asset and family. Gary from sales and Andrew (financing manager) made it sorta right. They knew discount Doug was wrong in treating us the way he did. But should have made discount Doug apologize to my family. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Advice to Peoria ford - fire discount Doug he losing you business!!!!! More

Motorhome Transmission Repair Service advisor Johnathan was given the task of fixing a leak in my motorhomes automatic transmission. I told Johnathan I needed back ASAP as I had to Service advisor Johnathan was given the task of fixing a leak in my motorhomes automatic transmission. I told Johnathan I needed back ASAP as I had to be in California in a matter of days Johnathan was also worked with extended warranty company to make sure my repairs were covered. Johnathan not only got the motorhome repaired and back to me in time for my trip, but also convinced the extended warranty company to pay for the repairs in full. Awesome job getting all this done under a time crunch. I will always bring my repairs and maybe a future F150 purchase to Peoria Ford. Thank you very much Johnathan More
