Lied to us about the need to replace the timing chain to make the extended warranty more attractive. They also did a credit check on us....why? We came prepared with our own separate financing, to simplify the deal. Strange. Detailing on our car incomplete, and not corrected when pointed out, even though they took the car back to service for 90 minutes...dirty seats and engine compartment. Overall, happy with what we got, except we didn't notice the badly worn tires in need of replacement, and they surprised us with only one set of keys...refused to provide second set with the purchase. ugh! Need to spend more on this thing! would prefer not to do business with this dealership again. There are used car sellers out there with much more transparent pricing and better detailing. More

All was good until the add ons started appearing Not completely happy although the dealership agreed to refund a $172 charge that was slipped onto the sales invoice. I was thinking that the price had been determined except tax and license. Only to discover they charge $500 to process the title (the law states it can be $100 to $500) and somehow $172 were added for interior protection. This plus the $490 some dollars for paint protection which is another dealer add on that we were not happy with. More

Daniel Munoz our salesman did an outstanding job of helping us select the vehicle that fit our needs. He went on to give us a detailed indoctrination on the truck. He stayed with us through the entire buying process and helped us transfer our personal effects from our old truck to the new one. He was outstanding in all respects. I only have a few miles on the new truck so far, but I am impressed by the performance and drivability. I am looking forward to many years of outstanding service from both the Truck and Peoria Ford.
