He found a new Flex exactly with everything we wanted for accessories. Cody was a super salesperson. When the car went for detailing, that was a completely different story. The vehicle was not vacuumed out, the windows had smudges all over them, the carpet mats were not put into place, the door jambs were not wiped down. We did not have it redone on the day of purchase because we had somewhere to go. Luckily I had to come back the next day with the title for the trade and the car was than detailed again per the sales manager’s specifications and ours. More

I just went somewhere else and bought a new battery NOT A MOTORCRAFT. I will never go to Peoria Ford again for anything!! try to find a better dealer! More

I purchased a used Mini Cooper Countryman and was very pleased with the overall service. I purchased the small hatchback with rear folding seats so that I could transport my mountain bike when needed. When I got the vehicle home and went to fold down the rear seats the 2 main seats folded down but the center mini seat would not fold down. I pulled on the strap to fold it down and nothing happened. This makes the fold down option not really an option as their is this pillar right in the middle of the rear area. I contacted the dealer and was told to bring it in. I returned the following day and was told that they couldn't fix it for me and that when you buy a used vehicle it is bought as is. I find it very hard to believe that they didn't know that this was not in working order. I took the vehicle in to a local mini dealer and was told that the strap and what it was connected to tore right off the seat frame and that I would have to replace the whole frame. The cost was around $1600. I declined the repair but was charged $200 to take the whole seat apart. I contacted Peoria Ford again and told them what I had found out and I was disappointed with what happened and they told me that they would contact me back, but that was 3 days ago and I have heard nothing. I am not very happy with the lack of a response and feel that after I walked out the door after the purchase their great service ended there. More
Nothing but problems We purchased a new CMAX, the car has had many problems. The air conditioner went out, the dash had to be taken apart. There are 2 awful rattles as a result. We purchased several warranties. We were incorrectly charged on one. I was told that we would be refunded the difference, it was never done despite contacting them many times. I can't get people from the warranty department to call me back to add the dent warranty. It's been a very bad experience all around. More
