I'm pretty sure he was high and kept asking me questions that didn't have anything to do with the process. Then they told me they would give me the terms I wanted, and after they ran my credit told me it was for a lease to buy program, their "preferred program". I told them to cease running my credit immediately, and they told me as soon as they hit the button it doesn't matter anymore. I immediately received an email from my credit monitoring company and my credit score dropped shortly after. They did not care one bit our try to fix this and I walked out. More

5 weeks. Really! Hard to believe this is the number 1 Ford dealership, in Arizona. Contacted the Peoria Ford, to do a trade in. Understandably we were slightly upside Hard to believe this is the number 1 Ford dealership, in Arizona. Contacted the Peoria Ford, to do a trade in. Understandably we were slightly upside down in our current vehicle. But the rebates on the new 2017 Ford Explorer would have covered most of it. The first time we went in, we found out we had to cancel our extended warranty and GAP coverage to satisfy the bank. Which we were fine with. The following we were called to look at a certified used the said we could get into with no issues. Unfortunately they tried to get us into the car, without using the tradein. Which was the whole point of going in. And then for the next weeks proceeded to set an appointment to do the trade in only to have other issues with financing or the salesman (one of five we had, each week was a new one) they put us with didn't know the situation. Each week was a different excuse, and after the cancellations were complete and posted to our account. All of a sudden no contact, even after reaching out to them. Including Eric,a Sales Manager, and John Hickey who I assume is to be the owner/ general manager's son. Even after the lack of contact, the still proceeded to run our credit more times, which understand can be done because of the credit application. Avoid the run around and just go to Sanderson Ford much more straightforward dealership to operate with. More

I was able to bring the vehicle back to the campground as it was all we had to drive. The parts came in 2 days later and I brought the vehicle in and only had to wait less than 1 1/2 hours to make the repairs. Mike was able to have Lincoln pick up all the costs. When in Arizona next year and needing repairs, I will for sure go to Peoria Ford for service. More
