What set this experience as different or I should say good was the fact that Thomas actually took the time to go over all the features extremely well of the vehicle that I was interested in. He was extremely meticulous with all the features including engine, gauges, capabilities, etc, and asked me if I had any questions at all and if he didn't have the answer would get that for me. He really listened to what I was looking for and took the extra time. He was also not pushy and appeared to be genuinely concerned with my satisfaction through the entire process. I feel that Peoria was straight forward with me on the entire process and expectations. Extremely happy !! More
Professional and honest service. I purchased a used Ford Transit from another Ford dealership and a day later found the steering too sensitive at highway speed. They later re inspected the van and said it was tight and nothing wrong. I drove to Peoria Ford and in less than a couple hours , they diagnosed the problem and was extremely helpful. The other dealership re inspected it again and decided to fix the problem out of embarrassment. Thanks to Justin and his team of professionals they have won my business from here. I had my US army baseball cap on and was immediately offered a $500 Military Appreciation incentive. Upfront I told the salesperson my payment and down payment requirements. Found a truck I liked. She went into the “bullpen” to check the numbers. Came back with a form with financing numbers on it and asked if those numbers worked for me. I agreed. I hadn’t planned on buying a car that day and I had a prior commitment to take care of. I came back an hour later, thinking I had a deal. I went into the finance guy’s office and asked about my military discount and was told that I didn’t qualify because it was for active or retired personnel. I only did my 3 year stint. Then he quoted me $150 more for a monthy payment than I dealt for. I was immediately discusted and pulled out of deal without signing a thing. From that point on I was treated like crap. The sales manager even walked by me with a disparaging remark. Then, they kept trying to save the deal by having the general manager come out. Now, it was more than money, it was principal. I kept asking for the key to my trade in back and they wouldn’t give it to me. I finally stood in their showroom and loudly said, “just give me my key back”. I hate bait and switch. I hated the way they treated a veteran. Fellow Vets, do not support this dealership. There are plenty of other Ford dealers around town. More

A week later I call and ask what’s going on. His response is “oh I didn’t realize your car was still here” and then when I picked it up there was a $100 deductible that was never discussed. I’m totally disgusted with my experience and loss of my truck for a week for no reason. When I asked why the oversight happened I was told “well we are the busiest ford service dept in Arizona, so things leak through the cracks” If you need warranty/service work, and want someone to care about you, your car, or your finances don’t take your car to Peoria ford on bell for service, because they don’t care. I can explain each area to you so you don't have to read all this paperwork. Cancel those additional services-I was told I could but so far that is not the case. Run from this place-they are not honest!! More
