They don't care if they cause you financial damage by lying to you to make a sale. They don't care if you are a single Mother with children one with Downs Syndrome and cause your rent check to bounce because they took money from your account when they were supposed to just hold it until new day. Jake the sales manager is a liar. I will not refer anyone to this place nor ever purchase a vehicle from them. Stay away!! More

Quick Lane The Quick Lane is NEVER quick. After going to Sanderson Quick Lane for the last 7 years to have my Ford Expedition serviced, I felt I would receive th The Quick Lane is NEVER quick. After going to Sanderson Quick Lane for the last 7 years to have my Ford Expedition serviced, I felt I would receive the same level of service from Peoria Ford. We went to Peoria Ford for logistical reasons for the purchase and service of a new F150. Peoria Quick Lane is horrendous! The last time I came for an oil change, I watched them tell 5 people that there was an issue with their vehicle and that they needed to leave their vehicle for 3 to 5 hours and they would get shuttled home. This included a very elderly vulnerable woman snd two vets. Today, I pulled in because my tire pressure was low. Of course I was told I need new tires. One of the honest mechanics had already told me I just had a nail and needed a patch. I do not blame the mechanics. I blame the reps that work between the mechanics and the customers. They are sleezy, unethical, upsellers who are concerned only about making a buck. I am done with this place. I will stay true to Sanderson from this day forward. More
