Both Tracy & Joe Leavitt, sales manage, took the time to clearly explain all aspects of the vehicle and treated us with respect. Great experience. After we purchased the Explorer the detail crew was supposed get it detailed before we drove it away. Since it was late Sunday afternoon before the deal was finished it didn't quite look as if it should. Tracy immediately picked up detailing materials and got to work - very impressive. Since we had to come back on Monday to bring some documentation I suggested that she just wait & have the normal detail crew take care of it - which they did and it looked great. We also had some challenges with the financing that I discovered after I got home and was able to read all of the detail. There were after market items on the contract that I didn't know I had agreed to. I called Tracy and she set up an appointment with Jeff Melton, finance director, and he listen to my concerns & corrected the contract. It was unfortunate that I had to go to this level but I was very happy with the outcome. Overall a very good experience. More

The service department is a joke. Dropped my truck off at 0800 on Saturday morning, only to receive a call at 5pm informing me that the extended warranty department closed at 1 so they couldn't determine if the work I needed done was covered. Did I mention I had an appointment at 0800? I don't understand how this wasn't determined sooner. They kept my vehicle all weekend long and told me they would call me Monday after they got intouch with the warrant company. 4pm on Monday comes around and still no call, so I followed up. My service advisor didn't have any financial figures for me. additionally, some services were completed without my authorization and when I arrived in person to address my concerns, there wasn't any accountability by the service advisor or the service manager. I was appalled at how I was treated. The customer service is awful and I will discourage anyone I know from making the awful mistake I made by choosing Peoria Ford. More

Doug just made a bunch of excuses for faulty battery and he, Peoria Ford do not stand behind products they sell. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY NEW OR USED VEHICLES FROM THESE CROOKS. THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 2X-3X MORE FOR A BATTERY THAN ITS TRUE COST. Peoria Ford does not care about its customers, only taking people's money. More
A Great Experience I live in San Diego and local dealers either didn't have the Edge I wanted and tried to sell me something different or they used the tactics that give I live in San Diego and local dealers either didn't have the Edge I wanted and tried to sell me something different or they used the tactics that give car dealers a bad reputation or were unwilling to come down much on price. Peoria Ford had the vehicle I was looking for at a reasonable price. I contacted them by phone and it was agreed I would buy the car. I drove to Peoria Ford with a check in hand and everything went very smoothly in spite of it being Memorial Day weekend. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and worked hard to make me feel like a valued customer. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have had in the 50 years I have been driving and buying automobiles. My compliments to Peoria Ford and my salesperson Aaron Moreno. More

"Outstanding experience" My sales person Jay Perez is the primary reason I purchased our new 2017 Explorer. I stopped by on Friday, 5/19/17, on my way home after leaving anoth My sales person Jay Perez is the primary reason I purchased our new 2017 Explorer. I stopped by on Friday, 5/19/17, on my way home after leaving another dealer who lied about their car deal earlier in the day. I met Jay Perez (sales) upon arrival and we talked for a while before eventually leaving on Friday. When I went to leave, there was no pressure to stay, merely a thank you for stopping to visit Peoria Ford. Because of the way he handled our interaction that day, I decided to go back in on Saturday, 5/20/17, with my wife so we could talk seriously about a vehicle. Jay was easy to deal with, straight forward, I felt he was honest and appreciated the way he approached the entire process. I would recommend Jay Perez to anyone interested in buying a Peoria Ford product and I will recommend him to my friends when the opportunity presents itself. I would also like to recognize the General Sales Manager Robert "Bobby" Brown who was also instrumental in us purchasing our new car. He read his audience well (me/wife), our interaction was great and it was a pleasure dealing with him. He has some serious people skills. Last, Finance Manager Matt Stewart. He did another outstanding job of processing our paperwork quickly, explaining our service contract, etc. My wife and I actually (I know, hard to believe) enjoyed the people involved in our new car buying experience. Surprise!! Surprise!! As a point of reference, we were cash customers so we could have gone anywhere to purchase our new vehicle. If I was ever in the market for a new vehicle again, Peoria Ford would be my first stop. Now, let's hope the Service Department can hold up their end of the deal when called upon.
