Best experience we ever had from a dealership in years. We are very happy with the service we received from Gabriel C and dealership. We also had great service when we purchased our jaguar a few years ago from same dealership. Gabriel focused on our wants and needs and put together the 2015 Ford Focus. He presented the Ford in a way that no other dealership can match. Peoria Ford takes pride in what they have to offer including preowned vehicles and the presentation was the same. I Can't say enough about Gabriel. Great job !!!!!!! Finance Mgr. Heidie S. did a super presentation with the paper work explained everything answered all questions without giving us a run a around. Sales Mgr. Chris B. and the girls that finalized the acceptance of our Ford Focus went above and beyond including taking a picture of us with our new Ford Focus. We will NEVER go to another dealership. WE ARE HOOKED ON FORD AND PEORIA FORD!!!!!!! More

Delivery was a joke car was filthy and gas light was on Experience was fine until I got my vehicle. Car was filthy they didn't even clean the inside so probably didn't check vehicle out they made the sale t Experience was fine until I got my vehicle. Gas tank was on Empty I mean I pulled off the lot and the gas light came on. They got there money. We bought the car out of the back lot was expecting it within a few days I thought cool take your time and check it out. Next day got a call your car is done no wonder it was so quick all they did was wash the outside. Do not go to this dealer if you are looking for a used car they don't check them out. Huge disappointment after the friendly service inside but I guess that was just to get my money. Oh yeah it's a dealership that's all they want. No repeat business from me nor will I recommend them. More
