Poor from start to finish I called on 11.2.19 to verify warranty information and parts needed. I scheduled my appointment on November 4th for November 6th. When I arrived I learned the part was not ordered and it would be two days. When I called on the 8th to see if it was ready, they said they didn't even have the part yet. The part finally came in on November 11th and I didn't get the part until Tuesday the 12th. It took 10 days for a simple part. More
