Brakes not done I left my Subaru at dealer for new brakes, had an appointment, confirmed my phone number with original rep. and the subsequent checkin rep. By 3pm had not heard from them so I called, they claimed to have attempted to call and text me 11 times for the go ahead on the brakes. They had been dialing the wrong phone number! Their computer systems suck, correct the phone number in one but the other two systems do not accept the corrected number. More
