A wonderful experience from a knowledgeable sales person! On Saturday, 10/19/19, my wife and I were able to find the perfect vehicle right down to the color from your 2019 Subaru selections. Henry Ajiboye did a excellent job in showing us all the models/trims and explaining their features. There was a lot of varieties and features to consider! We settled on the beautiful 2019 Subaru Forester Limited in Jasper Green Metallic that had all the features and package extras we were looking for. If there were any problems, it was the front windshield that had a star impacted on the lower driver's side that expanded into a long crack from the driver's side edge to mid-area after the complimentary car wash. Henry was able to get the windshield replaced for us by one of your glass replacement contractors who picked up a factory windshield from your dealership and installed it at my home during one of my "work at home" days that following Thursday. Very convenient! Henry and your finance department were able to work out a deal that included a trade-in for our 2004 Chevrolet Malibu MAXX LT with 146,000+ miles on it. It was such a great deal that we paid cash off the lot. As of Wednesday, 10/30/19 @8am (13 days after purchase), I have surpassed the vehicle break-in period at 1,129 miles! After spending a few days on learning all the functions of the vehicle (and there is A LOT!), the 2019 Forester is such a dream to drive! I am impressed with the EyeSight safety, auto start/stop, reverse camera, forward/reverse anti-collision, blind spot detection, STARLINK remote access, navigation, multimedia/Apple CarPlay, etc. features and have made constant use of it all! All-in-all, a very pleasant sales and purchasing experience by Henry and your finance staff and the start of many years of the most enjoyable driving I have ever experienced! Thank you!!! More
