Quality Service I saw Dan as the Service Adviser. He was courteous and friendly. He arranged for a Shuttle driver to drop me off and pick me while the car was being I saw Dan as the Service Adviser. Leasing 2019 Crosstrek I arrived at Peoria Subaru and they were pretty busy, but I didn't have to wait long to be helped. The car salesman did a great job and ensured I got what I wanted. He had also called after the sale to ensure everything was to my liking with the vehicle. Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best after leaving the sales department and dealing with finance. After returning home I learned I hadn't received credit for all the incentives that I qualified for. I don't believe it was intentional, but that they are not fully aware of all the programs Subaru offers. I attempted to address it with finance in an email, but I didn't receive a response on the issue and had to contact Subaru corporate. I am unsure if it will be resolved, but Subaru agreed to look into the matter. My advice would be to review the offers Subaru is currently offering before shopping here. More
