When Spencer (same rep that sold me my '17 Forester) presented me an offer for a trade-in, I was curious to see what the new '19s had to offer. We drove, we talked, we negotiated. No high-pressure. No bait-and-switch. Never once felt like I was being played or scammed. They even covered the cost of my service on my trade-in (since the work was completed before I decided to trade up). I like being able to browse the lot without having a rep on my tail going in for the hard sell. Between shop visits and sales experiences, I've never once had less than a positive experience and always feel they value my business. I'll be back. More

The Way All Dealerships Should Operate Past negative experiences purchasing vehicles had us dreading going to a dealership to buy a car. Experiences like when you think you have negotiated Past negative experiences purchasing vehicles had us dreading going to a dealership to buy a car. Experiences like when you think you have negotiated a deal with a salesman, who tries to be your new best friend, only to be handed off to the manager (Closer) who comes in for the kill with new numbers, charges etc. And just when you think you are finally done you are escourted to the Upseller/Option Seller who puts the extreme pressure on to get all the "essential dealer-installed extras" that you would be crazy not to go for, etc. Eventually you leave with a new car feeling abused and with a very bad taste in your mouth and the hope that you never have to endure that process again. Fortunately my experience at Peoria Subaru was like a breath of fresh air. None of the sleazy tactics that I had experienced in the past were used by any of the staff at Peoria. Everyone we dealt with was efficient, straight forward and we never felt like we were being pressured or misslead. It was the quickest, easiest and overall the most pleasant purchase of a car we have ever experienced (this was my fifth purchase of a new car). In summary, I am a pleasantly surprised, but satisfied customer. More
