He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced with all the safety and convenience features of th My wife and I both enjoyed our experience with Bob. He was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced with all the safety and convenience features of the new Outback. He located the vehicle with the options that we wanted and had both of us test drive the Outback on city streets and the freeway to get a good feel for how it drives. During the test drive he demonstrated the EyeSight technology and the use of the adaptive cruise control system, and its advantages over conventional cruise control. After we agreed on the terms of financing, he demonstrated the StarLink system and paired our cell phone to Bluetooth. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. We are pleased with our purchase and Bob's service. We will recommend Bob and Peoria Subaru to our friends. More

An Unsatisfactory Experience Our initial contact was great. We had our 2015 Forester in for service, and took a new model out for test drive with Spencer Roe. He was knowledgeable Our initial contact was great. We had our 2015 Forester in for service, and took a new model out for test drive with Spencer Roe. He was knowledgeable, personable and answered all of our questions. We were not sure about purchasing since our current vehicle was only 3 years old and only 23K miles. We made an appointment with Spencer for 9:30am 21 Dec to obtain a detailed quote and possibly negotiate a purchase. Our appointment was not met (we were told Spencer had a medical appt). NO ONE called us to reschedule or inform. An assoicate (new at the Dealership 15 Dec) did try to help us and provided a Costco Auto Program quote (initially on the wrong model). He would not give us a trade-in quote, saying he needed time to research (we did give him our numbers). But, he promised to contact us by phone or email later that day with a quote. It never happened - and we were never again contacted by Spencer or his associate. A manager (Steve Sand??) later called us - but he wanted to start the process all over with name, address, car wanted etc, etc, etc. We opted out and three hours later purchased the model we wanted from the Surprise Subaru Superstore. We left the Peoria dealership with a bad taste and feeling - Wow - this is the second time in three years we ended up buying from another dealership. (last time in 2014 at the Peoria is a story on a lack of integrity). More

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Great dealership experience. I originally was just doing research online knowing that I wanted a new 2018 Crosstrek. Within hours I was contacted by Great dealership experience. I originally was just doing research online knowing that I wanted a new 2018 Crosstrek. Within hours I was contacted by Sam who was more than friendly and accommodating to my inquiries. Next thing I knew I was on their lot and Tyler was showing me the vehicles in stock. Tyler did a great job of showing me the Crosstrek available, he was very knowledgeable about vehicle specs and options. He showed as much enthusiasm and excitement as I had when I found “The One”. He helped me find the vehicle of my dreams. In all I had a great experience at Peoria Subaru and I will recommend them to anyone looking for the car of their dreams. - Jac More

Bad customer service My husband and I had a Manager by the name of Dwayne from this dealership call us because we had a bad experience at another Subaru, and he promised a My husband and I had a Manager by the name of Dwayne from this dealership call us because we had a bad experience at another Subaru, and he promised a lot. We had to drive a very long way to get to this dealership then when we get there the Manager we had spoke to had already left, and it went down hill from there. A salesman called Arlene helped us with the help of his manager Chris, but we delt directly with Arlene. Once we were in the room he started to gives us numbers that weren’t even close to what he had spoke to the manager about, so I spoke up and told him “ You are telling us very differently to What Dwayne was telling us”, and in the middle of my sentence he cut me off and say “ma’am DONT RAISE YOUR VOICE AT ME” I said sir ... I am talking to you very calmly. The point is we had a very bad experience at this dealership, and the sad part is that it isn’t the first Subaru we have had issues with. We record the conversation this time so good job Arlene for loosing us as clients! More

The busiest day of the year We were in need of a new automatic car because I have a broken wrist. I had been communicating with Chris who was very responsive and did not pester m We were in need of a new automatic car because I have a broken wrist. I had been communicating with Chris who was very responsive and did not pester me whatsoever. We finally made it to the dealership where we worked with Arlene Reyes. Interestingly enough, I had spoken to Arlene in 2013 about a car (which we decided not to replace) and Arlene had put in his notes not to make any contact per my request, which is exactly what he did. Although it was Black Friday, and the place was busy, Arlene was very kind and patient. We ended up buying a different vehicle then what we came for, just because Arlene did such a good job explaining the safety features and my husband is all about safety particularly after I was hit by a semi on the freeway. Nick in finance was not pushy, and we said "please fly like the wind" through the paperwork, he did just that. The following day Arlene contacted me to see if we had any questions or problems, although he did a great job demonstrating the features on the car. We would definitely recommend Peoria Subaru and Arlene Reyes to anybody. More

Best purchase decision ever!!! I came into Peoria Subaru just to look around at the 2018 Foresters. I've read up about them online for a few months and finally decided it looked li I came into Peoria Subaru just to look around at the 2018 Foresters. I've read up about them online for a few months and finally decided it looked like the right suv for me. I called in and spoke with Chris the manager. He was friendly and helpful in regards to going over the trim options and what was available at the moment. When I arrived later that day for a test drive Chris was actually there to meet me like he said he'd be (usually not the case with my previous dealer experinces). He set me up with Spencer for the test drive. I was so amazed with the Forester. It had plenty of power and drove so smoothly. I especially like to roof rack and the Thule bars Subaru offers. (I love to go snowboarding). Anywho after the test drive we got to the dreaded part of a car deal...THE NUMBERS!!! Well to say the least...the $31,000 Forester I had picked out was out of my price range. Chris came back into the office with Spencer and suggested a lease to get to my goal payment. I was very aprehensive at first. I've heard absolute horror stories from friends and family in regards to leasing vehicles...over charged for miles, damage, etc. Chris took the time to explain and re explain how leasing with Subaru was different, and that most people actully build equity with a lease. Well he "CLOSED" me as they say. And I couldnt be happier!!! I just want to say thanks to Chris for finding a way to make my "goal" suv fit my budget and Spencer for his time and consideration with all the details. Peoria Subaru you ROCK!!!! More
