I dread the finance portion of the sale with all the hidden costs and surprises that I battle down with smart xxx finance guys. Worst experience I have ever had buying a car Horrible customer service, rude and dishonest sales people, completely inept. Stay away. When I brought up my concerns with them they blamed me for the difficulty. Additionally the sales personnel intentionally hid the fact that the car had some mechanical issues but when I brought them up they refused to fix them even though it would have been easy for them to do so right there at the service department.
