Very dissatisfied with my service. Took car in for an oil change. Said we needed an alignment. Car was not having any issues, it was tracking straight, had no drift issues, nothing, but we had to get this se change. Said we needed an alignment. Car was not having any issues, it was tracking straight, had no drift issues, nothing, but we had to get this service done for the tire loyalty program. Which we are not 100% certain that this alignment is all that is required for this tire loyalty program. Car was worked on. Left the dealership and now the car pulls to the right no matter what road and no matter if lane assist is on or not. Took it back and the techs said there was nothing wrong. Cory asked them to 0.5+ toe-in on the front. They wouldn't do it claiming that the car was in spec. Car still pulls to the right. I don't feel that this service was warranted by any means and was just a way to get $130 out of our pocket that we truly could use to pay for more important issues. Called again today to tell Cory that we are still not happy and have driven the car on many different roads. Car still pulls to the right. Cory said he would talk to his Manager to get it to 0.5+ toe-in on the front done. This has brought up such an issue that has taken more time than any of us or you should of had to deal with. It would be great to get our car back to what is was when we brought it in and receive all the money back that we have spent on this alignment as it obviously was not needed. We drive out of our way to come to Peoria Subaru because we "thought" and had been told that they have the best service and are a small family business. This last week has proven to us that this is not true and we might as well of been saving ourselves time and drove the 2 miles from our house to the Surprise Subaru for our service needs. More

I realize they are remodeling, however it was very inconvenient trying to navigate to the service department without prior notice of the temporary location, but once I navigated to it (James) took care inconvenient trying to navigate to the service department without prior notice of the temporary location, but once I navigated to it (James) took care of my needs but it was costly(436$) for ignition! The salesman did a bait and switch on me. I came in to look at an outback, and ended up with an Onyx which he said was virtually the same. It is way overpowered for me. I got to drive the outback but no look at an outback, and ended up with an Onyx which he said was virtually the same. It is way overpowered for me. I got to drive the outback but not the Onyx. Furthermore, they took my keys to my Forester with returning my mail key so I had to make a trip to get it. I only received one key to the car and had to make another trip to get the second key. More
