We took out Toyota Highlander in for required service and a recall. The dealership sent us updates while the work was being performed. Trying to get finance manager to cancel extended warranty on 2025 Toyota RAV4 Limited i purchased last December. I don't get any calls back and when I go into dealership they always say they are busy. So, I on 2025 Toyota RAV4 Limited i purchased last December. I don't get any calls back and when I go into dealership they always say they are busy. So, I went through their company sells the warranty and signed paperwork to cancel and they forwarded information to finance manager. Hopefully they will process soon. Not happy at all with finance department. Makes me not want to trade with this dealership ever again if you have go through this headache. More
