Ripping off an out of town visitor I brought the car in for brake warning light on, while driving through Peoria for Thanksgiving,. miles from anywhere, and from out of town, traveling I brought the car in for brake warning light on, while driving through Peoria for Thanksgiving,. miles from anywhere, and from out of town, traveling with kids in my Toyota. All signs pointed to a simple light sensor being out bc the brakes were working fine. You don’t take chances when traveling with kids, though. While in their service, they diagnosed that a brake wire sensor had “been cut” and that only someone with specialized knowledge could have done it. The only one who had access to it with specialized knowledge was their service and only a cut wire or a worn sensor could have caused these particular lights to be out. Fixing a worn sensor: $20. Fixing a “cut” wire: $500. . When they didn’t get my business, they doubled their diagnostic fee from $60 to $112. Launching an investigation and may bring a small claim suit as the total for me to fix all of this will come to well over $600.00 - for what was probably just a $20. fix. DISGUSTING More

My Purchase Went with 4 star instead of 5 because it was a CPO vehicle, but had the wrong owners manual in the glove box and also one of the key FOB'S had a dead Went with 4 star instead of 5 because it was a CPO vehicle, but had the wrong owners manual in the glove box and also one of the key FOB'S had a dead battery. My wife witnessed an attempt to open the car with the FOB and the rep passed over it and used the other with success. They should have recognized the failure, replaced the battery, before letting us go out the door. More
