Being formerly in the auto and banking industries, I'm aware of the vehicle purchasing process. However, I didn't make the salesman aware of those facts. I explained that I was just looking and wasn't sure if a bank would approve my request for credit. After looking at a BMW, I decided that my budget could stand the purchase if the bank accepted my credit scores and history. I've been ill for several years and my credit scores had taken some negative hits because of the situation. In short, I wasn't expecting to be approved based on my situation and the present banking attitudes in this economic climate. I was approved and purchased the vehicle because it was in great shape, the price, and the rate of the loan. Especially the customer service that was provided by the sales and financial staff. More

I had went to this dealership after seeing a Honda Accord I was interested in online. They do have excellent vehicles for the price, once you get on the lot, its not a rinky dink dealership, and the vehicle I was interested in online. I wasnt to impressed when I called and spoke to Mususs on the phone, I was told the price was non negotiable and wasnt left with a favorable opinion due to the way I was treated on the phone (internet price). (I did still go to the dealership since I was in the area looking at other vehicles). Once I got to the dealership there were a few blemishes/scratches on the vehicle. I did drive it, and was debating on purchasing the vehicle. Due to the blemishes they would only come down very little from the internet price. So I wanted to think about it longer, I decided against buying it at that time and left. I then emailed them back on Monday and stated I would buy the vehicle if a higher amount was taken off the asking price, this was then accepted, and I would buy the vehicle as is with the scratches and blemishes. Prior to this, looking online - each vehicle has its carfax posted, which was a huge plus for me, it showed they didnt have anything to hide on the vehicles! Overall, I am happy with the purchase and the price I paid, I do think that the customer service given could be better, and the processing fee could be lower since 399.00 is a very high price compared to the area I live in which is 2 hrs away. I received a great deal on a Toyota Highlander. It was in great condition with low mileage and still under manufacturer warranty. I was considering going to this dealership to look at a used Jeep but after reading their responses to customer reviews on this site I think I have changed my mind. Being in the customer service industry myself, this is very alarming and makes me not trust their professionalism. If you believe in the values of your company and operate with good business ethics you shouldn't have anything to get defensive over. They won't let you test drive a car unless you commit to buying it before hand? Buying a car is obviously a huge decision, why turn away a customer who isn't ready to make a decision that very moment. What type of customer service is that? Too bad because they have the exact car I wanted! More
