And, I foolishly told the kid who checked me in (Mark Gurule) that I would be back at 1:00. Word to the wise: never, ever do that. My car was serviced out of order and I had to wait for it when I returned--because I arrived before I said I would. A 45 minute job had not been completed 4 hours later! The service writer was unsympathetic: "You said you were coming back at 1:00 so that's when I scheduled it for." In sum, carefully watch your words when discussing anything with the service writer. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! Most horrible service ever!!! Sebastian in service was completely rude and disrespectful. Dropped my car off for warranty work. And the problem was made worse than what it originally was. They're only nice when you're buying cars and spending money. But when it comes to warranty work they don't want to help!!! I've purchased plenty of vehicles from this dealer and spent hundreds of dollars servicing them at their service department. My brand new car should not be having problems. I get it... Not everything can be perfect. All I wanted was for it to be fixed... And fixed right the first.time. Now I have to take more time off work and make other arrangements so they can AGAIN look at my vehicle. I'm mostly disappointed in the customer service I've received with Sebastian. I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealer.. I love Honda and will only buy Honda. But not from this dealer. I'll gladly take my business else where because I'm sure another dealer will appreciate my business. Something needs to be done about this service department. Not to mention I had to call and leave tons of voicemails just to get an appointment. Even had to go to the extent of contacting American Honda (Corporate) Everyone has their own opinion. But I personally will not recommended this dealer ship to anyone. I will make sure that I spread the word about my horrible service experience and the crappy customer service I received from the arrogant little boy that works there!!! Good bye perfection honda. You NO longer will receive my business. Learn to take better care of your customers.... And by that I mean by not only taking their money!!!!! More

It truly is a night-and-day difference. This cannot be overstated. I'll take all of my Honda service - and sales, for that matter - to Perfection for as long as I'm involved with Hondas. More

Came by on Saturday for my first scheduled tune-up and rather than having to wait all day, they allowed me to borrow a car to run all my errands. What a lifesaver!
