We were on our way back home to Ohio from Arizona when our 2020 Odyssey with 12K miles on it began throwing codes and ultimately left us stranded for some time on a New Mexico Backroad. When we did get the vehicle into Albuquerque, Charles, Chris and the service team listened to the issues and worked us into a very overbooked schedule. They set expectations in a kind and fair manner and their teams began to diagnose the problem… Ultimately it came down to an impropper connection on a wire harness from the factory.
