Stephanie knows how important it is to me to keep my 2004 Accord in the best possible condition. Her commitment to great customer service and care is demonstrated with each on my Honda Services. Stephanie's expertise and kindness helps me feel comfortable that I have my car's care in the best possible hands. Though I would love to have a brand new Honda, my 2004 is in such great shape due to Honda's scheduled maintenance services, care and expert inspections, that I plan to make it last a long time. From the moment I pulled into the driveway I was contacted by knowledgeable persons who expected me, knew what I needed, and responded to my every need. With coupons, the service I received was significantly less expensive than it would have been at any other oil change service chain in ABQ.

Chris, my service writer was honest and friendly. I just wish the technicians could fix some of the ongoing issues this car has always had. The problems are more with the CR-V, but still we’ve been there enough times for the same complaints, I think the dealer should have just replaced the items by now.
