He set up my appointment and, two days later, met me when I brought the car in. He checked all around the car before service. I've never had that before. Luis showed me the very clean waiting area where I could dine on vending machine treats. The work was completed on time when Luis came to get me. He explained everything that was checked and the condition of all. Friendly and professional in all he did. He even called to check if everything was fine with the work and to insure that I was satisfied. I hope he takes care of me next year when I come in for my second LOF! More
