Had a great initial experience but prior to leaving as the dealer put my temp plates on, deep scratches were noticed on a brand new vehicle. Just received my car back today and noticed the bumper, which wasn’t noticed at first bc they tried to cover it all up already wasn’t fixed. I thought they’d see it and notice it was inline with all the other damage already done but nope. Sadly, I didn’t pay attention until I got home. I had a great experience with, Gerardo, my salesman, he was frustrated about the I itial damage as well, I’m sure he wouldn’t be happy if he knew about what was later discovered I will recommend Gerardo to anyone and say FULLY, FULLY inspect any car bought from here prior to leaving the lot and pointing all problems out. Other thing upon receipt was the towi hitch or something in the front, the cover pops out. I was told nothing they can do bc it appears to not be broken, just pops out. What??!? More
Gave a great deal and the salesman, manager, and finance guy all are great when it comes to the sale and collecting money but then lied about how long it would take to put the factory items. They claimed and we discussed, two separate weeks. Three items total, Two of the items begin easier and other one alittle more difficult. I ask service for help they referred me to sales.i asked service on the day of drop off to confirm the factory items ordered. They said they cannot confirm. I call sales they dodge me. Sales said it would take 2 sets of 3 days. We are way past that. Also, how in do you sell a 3/4 ton truck and not rent out or loaner an equal. Especially if it’s a commercial account. I was going to refer to my buddy’s and fellow contractors but that ship sailed. Can’t wait to see how long this is going to take. Don’t lie about how long things will take. More

Service manager had to take over my service because the service advisor was incompetent. Made a scheduled appointment online for Monday. Dropped vehicle off Sunday afternoon in night drop. I was contacted service advisor was incompetent. Made a scheduled appointment online for Monday. Dropped vehicle off Sunday afternoon in night drop. I was contacted on Monday morning first thing (great). I was told that my 2023 GMC with 20,000 miles might not be covered under warranty and explained the $200 diagnostic charge if the problem is deemed not warranted. It was brought in for a check engine light. So the relevance of focusing on how I might have to pay for service over actually paying attention to my problem was very disappointing. I did not hear back from the dealer until I called on Wednesday to check status. Again, the service advisor was not prepared to give me a proper update on my vehicle. And if I could express what was actually conveyed on our phone conversation you would be stunned. Finally on Thursday I was told my water pump needed replacing. I dropped the vehicle off on Monday! 4 days to diagnose! If I knew it was going to take this long I could have made better arrangements for transportation or reserving a loaner (which I was told by my service advisor was a two week wait). On Friday I had to once again call the dealer to see if my truck would be available by the weekend. Keep in mind, I was called ONCE that Monday morning initially. The dealer NEVER ONCE called me to give me any updates or status. Finally after repeat calls and emails the service manager called me back and I was able to pick my truck up Friday night. WOW! I considered not writing a review at all because the service manager did a great job covering the endless mistakes of the service writer until I got home and realized after all this they install dealer advertising license plate frames! I didn’t buy from this dealer, I most likely won’t use them again and I do not like the look of advertising frames on any of my vehicles. To put them on without permission is not appropriate. More
