I had an appointment for an oil change tire rotation on December 23, 2023. (advisor Dwight Phillips ) When I got the bill for my service it says I requested the premium General Motors service. I didn't request anything so when I tried to present a coupon for either the 79.95 or 89.95 service I was informed that that I got the premium service even though I did not request it and I wasn't informed that they were just going to give me the higher service that I probably didn't need and then I had to eat the bill for $133 when I probably could've been paying $85. So I'm really annoyed that you guys just charged me for the premium service without letting me see my options and I went into paying for my service blindly because I thought I was just getting a regular oil change tire rotation, so I think it's pretty screwed up on your service people to put on my bill that I requested the premium general motor service when I didn't I wasn't even given the option. I don't get understand what how you guys just charged me for the highest service without my consent. And even after I followed up with the service department a week later, I still have yet to hear back from anybody at performance Buick GMC. More

Called ahead and scheduled a part fix. Was told it would take an hour and I could wait. Drove the 40 mins down to the shop only to find out it would take 4 hours and I would have to resche Was told it would take an hour and I could wait. Scheduled a babysitter for the morning to cover, which I'll have to reschedule again for another day. Disappointing to say the least. More

Service advisor frustrated with lack of help and his treatment of the customers was unacceptable. He was visibly upset and annoyed. Cashier was also equally as unpleasant and did not encourage a nice ex treatment of the customers was unacceptable. He was visibly upset and annoyed.
