I didn't know his name was Luis Vaz, He never introduced himself to me. I stated that I was there for the lifetime of the vehicle free oil change offer that I received when I purchased the vehicle two years himself to me. I stated that I was there for the lifetime of the vehicle free oil change offer that I received when I purchased the vehicle two years ago. I was immediately questioned where I purchased the vehicle. He then told me that I would be charged $44.00 for tire rotation, before he was able to verify the records which indicated that my tires were rotated on my last oil change. I thought the wait (almost two hours) for the oil change was longer than necessary for such a routine work performance. However, on a positive note, they did wash the vehicle and the covers for the front floor mats. More

Purchased used vehicle from Performance on 3/6/23 and I have had to bring it in 3 times for a transmission leak that was also supposed to be addressed by them prior to me buying the vehicle. So four repair have had to bring it in 3 times for a transmission leak that was also supposed to be addressed by them prior to me buying the vehicle. So four repairs and three of them in my first 2.5 weeks of owning the vehicle. I am being told every time that they “repaired transmission pan seal”. Completely unacceptable. More
