Working with the sales team was fine, but very poor followup experience. Gave me almost no DEF fluid in the truck, which ran out on the way home and caused a CEL. asked for Finance to contact me about followup experience. Gave me almost no DEF fluid in the truck, which ran out on the way home and caused a CEL. asked for Finance to contact me about extending the CPO warranty, never happened. But, the worst part of the experience was that the dealer took about a month to get my license plates, resulting in my temp tags expiring and me not being able to drive the truck for a few days. Very poor communication and overall experience. More
