Mark and Chris were good. However, it was an unnecessarily long a process. I was at the dealership for well over 90 minutes when substantively it all could/should have been ac However, it was an unnecessarily long a process. I was at the dealership for well over 90 minutes when substantively it all could/should have been accomplished in under 30 minutes. I had an appointment, rearranged my day to accommodate the requested time and wasted time waiting while the car was "supposedly" being washed. Very frustrating and disrespectful of my time. More
