THE GMC ACADIA SLE I PURCHASED DEC. 2021, WAS A TOTAL DISASTER AND DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. AFTER THE 3RD MAJOR FAILURE GM DID NOT HAVE THE SENSOR FOR. I WAS IRATE. ASKED TO SEE THE GE 2021, WAS A TOTAL DISASTER AND DANGEROUS TO DRIVE. AFTER THE 3RD MAJOR FAILURE GM DID NOT HAVE THE SENSOR FOR. I WAS IRATE. ASKED TO SEE THE GENERAL MANAGER HE CAME OUT TO SEE ME IN 15 SECONDS. I CALMLY EXPLAINED THE MAJOR PROBLEMS WITH THE CAR. HE SAID LET ME CHECK THE SERVICE RECORD TO REVIEW THE SITUATION. \HE SAID YES YOU ARE RIGHT I WILL HAVE ALEX KASPER EVALUATE THE SITUATION, WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN TWO DAYS . GENERAL MGR SAID I BELIEVE WE CAN WORK OUT A SOLUTION YOU \WILL BE HAPPY WITH. ALEX KASPER CALLED ON THE SECOND DAY SAID COME IN WE HAVE A SOLUTION WORKED OUT YOU WILL BE SATISFIED WITH. ALEX TOLD ME THEY WILL BUY MY CAR BACK AND FIND AN EXACT REPLACEMENT, SAME COLOR IE THEY CAN.. ALEX CALLED THE NEXT DAY, THEY FOUND A NEW 2022 THE SAME COLOR. EXTEND THE SAME DEAL I HAD WITH THE EXISTING LEASE. WITHIN IN 4 BUSINESS DAYS THEY BOUGHT BACK MY 2021 HEADACHE AND PUT ME IN A BRAND NEW 2022 BUCK ACADIA SLE. SAME COLOR, SMALL INTERIOR UPGRADE..
