My car went in for a service and brakes that squeal so loud it’s embarrassing to drive places. I bought my truck in October, the salesman assured me that the squealing noise will go away as the brand new loud it’s embarrassing to drive places. I bought my truck in October, the salesman assured me that the squealing noise will go away as the brand new brake pads and rotors break in. The mechanic who did the service was lazy, he only changed the oil, nothing else, probably because it’s their free service, brakes still squeal louder than ever. Coincidentally the only day the brakes didn’t make a sound was when the mechanic was working on it. They squealed as I pulled up and as I drove off. I probably wouldn’t come back here for services and definitely never for repairs. Maybe I would buy a car if the price was right, but I would definitely never recommend this dealer to anyone I know, not even someone I don’t like. Obviously I’m not a happy customer, I use my vehicle to make a living, so I can’t be there every day letting them troubleshoot issues with brakes that a 5 yr old can figure out. Unfortunately I got screwed!! More
