Finance was a joke. We bought a truck that cost 95k and waited 2 1/2 hours for the finance department and then he wanted to spend another hour trying to sell extra insurance. The people I dealt with were good but on the website it says "Price(s) include(s) all costs to be paid by a consumer, except for licensing costs, registration fees, and taxes. Not available with special finance or lease offers." This is a lie. I was charged an etch and document fee on top of this so it cost me an extra $1100. If my wife hadn't loved the car I would have walked away. More
