Great service but slow. I had a 9am appt for an oil change and tire rotation. It appeared my appt wasn’t in the system. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half and it took 2 hours. I have numerous GMC dealers within a 10 mile radius of my house. Recently I decided to purchase a GMC Sierra. But instead of going to one of those dealers, I decided once again to drive 37 miles away to the house. Recently I decided to purchase a GMC Sierra. But instead of going to one of those dealers, I decided once again to drive 37 miles away to the same dealership in which I had purchased a new 2017 Yukon XL. Even though it was now under new ownership, they notified me about a recent recall for a sensor on the truck. Perfect, kill two birds with one stone. Get Yukon serviced and check out a Sierra. What a wonderful surprise to see a familiar face sitting at the reception desk as I walked in the front door. From start to finish this was a truly pleasurable experience dealing with everyone there. From the ángel at the front desk, Gina, who recognized me after three years, to the courtesy of my salesman Brandon, who went completely beyond what you’d expect a car salesman to do. Including putting a hold on the particular truck I wanted just from a phone call the day before. Special thanks to David, the sales manager, for getting my approval quickly and not hurting my credit score and even bought my wife and I lunch while we waited as our Yukon was being serviced, Lol. Finally I can’t forget Jim, who completed our finance paperwork quickly and got us rolling back home with our toys! Nothing but professionalism! Keep up the great work guys and stay safe. Dealer was very courteous upon arrival at getting myself and vehicle checked in. The service scheduled was completed within the estimated time. They lug nuts were tightened enough that they would not have loosened, but were not torqued to factory specs. More
