Brandon V. was terrific to deal with from the minute he answered the phone and we began our inquiry about the truck in which we were interested. It was well worth the 3+ hour drive to get the truck that I wanted and Brandon, along with David the sales/gm, made it a very easy, if expensive, experience. The detail work on the truck was lacking and Brandon was out there, hands on, doing his best to make it look good when my family arrived. I understand the regular detail guy was dismissed for his lack of....detail. In any event, Brandon took care of the truck, topped off some fluids himself as the shop guys had gone home for the day, gave me a thorough rundown on the vehicle and it's operations, and was great with my kids. Very impressed with this dealership and it's staff. Gina was a sweetheart too the few times I spoke with her on the phone. Kudos to all. More
