Had issues with a truck I purchased a little over a year ago from them. He was very understanding with our displeasure with everything going on. He promised to do his best to help us with our concerns and really went above and beyond. He offered us a couple options and we were able to get out of the old truck and he got us into something new. 1st time there with a car I just bought used.
