Everyone has always been attentive, respectful, professional, and willing to be helpful. Even though on occasion the car shudders, they have me bring it in to check. On one occasion the check engine icon came on, but they could not find anything conclusive. The light has not come on again since, but every so often there is a vibration. So I just keep observing. If something does occur, I am confident the service department will check it, and rectify it, if they find something definitive. More
