I brought my truck back in to have a part replaced under warranty which was ordered a few weeks ago. They were able to schedule an appointment within a week of receiving the part and provide me with a loner warranty which was ordered a few weeks ago. The service advisor, Norman called me to let me know my truck was ready for pickup and told me that he personally checked my truck to make sure the new part was working as designed. When I got to the dealership that evening, Norman everything that was done and even walked outside with me to show me exactly what part was changed and made sure I was satisfied with the repair.
