A fairly pleasant car buying experience until I tried (repeatedly) to get an answer from the sales rep about a part and key FOB that were missing from the vehicle when I paid for it. It took me driving over to the dealership to figure out that the never placed the order for the key FOB, and that I am on the hook for the missing part. I never saw or heard from the original sales rep again, but another one (Brian) stepped up and helped me (finally) get the missing key FOB and part ordered. More
