Always a non stressful visit when I need maintenance or service. John was pleasant and kept me informed of the work needed and time it would take. On research I found this a common occurrence ("shift to park" message that causes the car to behave as if it's in neutral) on Encore GX and was likely a faulty part so I I think GM should do a recall. I'm out of warranty so had to fully pay for the expensive repair. More
