The salesman worked very hard to get me a deal I was comfortable with. The dealership helped me with my previous lease and made the transition seem less. The service guys were also very helpful with rem comfortable with. The dealership helped me with my previous lease and made the transition seem less. The service guys were also very helpful with removing my aftermarket wheels and reinstalling the stock wheels on the truck. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership and my first one at GMC. More

Horrible experience! !Had to keep calling for updates on my car.Could not give me any time estimates.At the end of the day I called again and was told transmission would n !Had to keep calling for updates on my car.Could not give me any time estimates.At the end of the day I called again and was told transmission would need to be replaced.I was told it would cost more than car was worth and should think about buying a new car.My car is only 9 years old with 100,000 miles.All maintenance has been done,transmission fluid exchange was done at 73,000 miles at another GMC dealer.Salesman offered only $500 towards trade in and we had already paid $500 to service department.Horrible!!Sat for over 2 hours trying to come up with a fair price for new car.Salesman kept leaving to talk to manager and finance person.They never interacted or introduced themselves,we never even saw them.High pressure to get me to leave a deposit.I will never come back to this dealership More

Dropped the vehicle off around 1230 with an appointment made ahead for free oil change and filter. Thank you for that courtesy as it is part of the customer experience you provide when you purchase a car a made ahead for free oil change and filter. Thank you for that courtesy as it is part of the customer experience you provide when you purchase a car at your dealership. Never had an issue. Think just some confusion but when I came to pick up the vehicle at 430 it was not ready and probably not even started on the service as I then had to wait, as if I was just dropping the car off at 430, for about another hour: Service performed was good as usual but wanted to give feedback as requested. Next time I’ll just say I’m waiting for the car even if I drop it off to ensure it gets prioritized when drop off and work started based on appointment time to ensure ready when I return. Thanks again for the courtesy oil changes. Although inconvenient the service agent was professional and apologetic for the additional wait. More
